The device takes steam at a certain pressure as heat source (electric heating can also be selected). The sandwich pot has the characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time of liquid material, easy control of heating temperature and so on.
Safe and convenient
The inner pot (inner pot) is made of austenitic stainless steel, with pressure gauge and safety valve. It is beautiful in appearance, easy to install, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
The equipment is mainly composed of a pot body and a bracket. The pot body is a double-layer structure composed of an inner shape pot body, and the intermediate layer is filled with heat conducting oil or water. Electric heating sandwich pot takes 380V power as the heat source. The sandwich pot is equipped with electric heating rod, electric heating couple and heat conduction oil (self-matching), which can reach up to 320 degrees. It is controlled by electric control box and equipped with temperature control system. Electric heating sandwich pot has large heating area, uniform heating, high thermal efficiency, short boiling time of liquid, easy to control the heating temperature, etc.
Overall structure: The fixed type is mainly composed of the pot body and support feet; The tilting type is mainly composed of pot body and tilting frame. Stirring type is mainly composed of pot body and stirring device.
Pot body: it is a double layer structure composed of inner and outer spherical pot body, with the middle layer being heated by steam.
Supporting feet: (a) Vertical sandwich pot: triangular pyramid and round tube. (b) Tilting sandwich pot: channel steel bracket type.
1. The pot body can be tilted up to 90°, and the tilting mode is manual rollover.

3. Material of the pot body: Stainless steel (SUS304) inside the pot body, jacket and bracket carbon steel (Q235 -- B) outside coated with anti-rust paint; All stainless steel inside and outside.
4. Pot body with agitator: the top center agitator, reducer output shaft and agitator shaft using looper connection, easy to disassemble and clean.
5. Stirring speed: 36r/min (a certain speed can be selected according to customer requirements); Paddle form: regular stirring (anchor) and scraping bottom stirring.
6. Equipment configuration: dial pointer thermometer, steam inlet, discharge port, etc. (vertical structure).
